You are welcome to check in earlier and if your room is not ready then you can leave the bags or stay in the lounge room until your room is ready. CHECK-OUT: Our check-out time is 9:30 AM on the day of departure. The house is cleaned daily usually between 9.30 AM to Noon. You can leave the bags in lounge room and collect it any time on the day you are checking out. AIR-CONDITIONING Ducted air-conditioning available throughout the B&B with option to switch on/off in bedrooms. HOUSE KEEPING The house is cleaned daily between 9:30am and noon. BREAKFAST A Continental breakfast is included in your room rate. Tea, coffee, milk, bread, cereals, eggs, juice s, , etc provided in main kitchen. DVD AND BOOK LIBRARY Please feel free to borrow the DVDs and books provided. TELEPHONE AND INTERNET There is no fee for making local and national calls on the cordless telephone provided.
